1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Aigeniy services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

3. Description of Service
Aigeniy provides advanced AI-driven technical consulting and automation services for international Fintech and Real Estate businesses. Our services include technical audits, custom workflow automation (n8n-based pipelines), AI-powered content and data processing systems, and strategic infrastructure consulting for digital growth.
4. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to provide contact information and agree to a service agreement. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials provided to you.
5. Pricing and Billing
Fees for services are determined on a project or retainer basis as agreed upon in individual service agreements. Payment terms are specified in each agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service. You agree not to use the Service to process, store, or transmit data in violation of applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and methodology are owned by Aigeniy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data and business information remain your property at all times. We claim no ownership over content or data you provide to us in the course of service delivery.
8. Data Privacy and GDPR
Your privacy is important to us. Aigeniy processes personal and business data strictly within the scope of service delivery, in compliance with GDPR and applicable international data protection standards. Client data is never used for model training, never shared with third parties without explicit consent, and is retained only for the duration required by the service agreement. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Confidentiality
Aigeniy treats all client business information, technical specifications, and data as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties except where required by law or with your explicit written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aigeniy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Aigeniy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately in cases of material breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, all outstanding payment obligations remain in effect.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Georgia.
