Refund Policy

1. General Principles

Aigeniy provides custom B2B consulting and technical services. All engagements are governed by individual service agreements which specify scope, deliverables, and payment terms.

2. Project-Based Services

• Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable
• If a project is cancelled before a milestone is completed, Aigeniy refunds the pro-rated portion corresponding to work not yet performed
• Deposits securing project commencement are non-refundable once work has begun

3. Retainer Services

• Retainers are billed monthly in advance
• Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice
• No prorated refunds for the current billing period upon cancellation

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact ceo@aigeniy.com with your name, company, date of payment, and reason. We respond within 3 business days.

5. Force Majeure

If Aigeniy cannot deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling at the client's discretion.
